Grief is one of the most misunderstood human experiences.
Most people are taught to stay strong, stay busy, or give it time.
But very few are taught how to truly heal.
That’s the work I do.


Grief Recovery is not about forgetting the person, relationship, or life you lost.
It’s about helping you carry the love forward without carrying so much pain.
My work is compassionate, practical, and deeply human.
