EnvisionIt Coaching, LLC provides coaching, grief recovery support, educational workshops, speaking engagements, online programs, digital resources, and related services.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

1:1 coaching

Speaking engagements

Digital products and downloadable materials

In-person workshops and events in Arizona

All services are educational and supportive in nature.

2. No Therapy, Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

EnvisionIt Coaching, LLC and Karen Jones are not acting as licensed therapists, psychologists, physicians, attorneys, financial advisors, or other licensed healthcare providers.

The information, coaching, programs, workshops, and materials provided through this Website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health, medical, legal, or financial condition.

Participation in services does not establish a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, emotional emergency, or require immediate support, please contact a licensed mental health professional, emergency services, or call 911 immediately.

3. Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are informational only and are intended to help determine whether services may be a good fit.

Participation in a discovery call does not establish a coaching or client relationship. A coaching relationship is only established after payment has been received and both parties agree to services.

4. Eligibility

All participants must be at least 18 years of age.

The “Helping Children With Loss” program is designed exclusively for adults who have children in their lives personally or professionally. It is not a program for minors.

By using this Website or participating in services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

5. Payments and Installments

Payments for services, programs, events, and digital products are processed through Go High Level (“GHL”) and/or its integrated payment providers.

All sales are final. EnvisionIt Coaching, LLC does not offer refunds.

If a payment plan or installment arrangement is provided, you agree to make all payments on time according to the agreed schedule.

Missed or failed installment payments may result in paused or revoked access to:

Coaching sessions

Group programs

Events

Course materials

Digital products

Program portals

Downloadable resources

Access may remain suspended until the account is brought current.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Clients are requested to provide at least 24 to 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.

Missed appointments will be rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time within five (5) days of the originally scheduled appointment when reasonably possible.

Repeated missed appointments, excessive cancellations, or failure to communicate may result in termination of services at the sole discretion of EnvisionIt Coaching, LLC.

7. Group Participation and Confidentiality

Group programs are intended to provide a supportive and respectful environment.

By participating in any group coaching, workshop, or event, you agree:

Not to record sessions in any format

Not to take screenshots or capture images of participants without permission

Not to share confidential information disclosed by other participants

To respect the privacy, experiences, and emotional safety of others

While EnvisionIt Coaching, LLC encourages confidentiality among participants, we cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.

Participants remain personally responsible for what they choose to disclose during group sessions.

8. Intellectual Property

All Website content, coaching materials, worksheets, videos, presentations, downloadable resources, branding, graphics, text, course materials, and related intellectual property are owned by EnvisionIt Coaching, LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

Copy or reproduce materials

Share worksheets or program content

Redistribute materials or recordings

Upload materials to third-party platforms

Use materials to train artificial intelligence systems or machine learning models

Services may be accessed by clients located outside the United States, including Canada and other international jurisdictions.
